Instant Messaging Now Integrated with All Major IM Providers

Requestec's web and mobile client gathers all IM gateway contacts into one Network Address Book

London, UK, 15 June 2010. Users of Requestec's Flash telephony client can now organise and manage all their contacts through a single interface. The Requestec client contains a Network Address Book that integrates all the contacts from Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, GTalk, AOL Messenger and Facebook, with Skype integration on the roadmap and planned to go live before the end of 2010. Allowing cross-gateway voice, video and IM communication, together with file sharing, this marks the first time a service offering unites all gateways via all modes of possible interaction via a common interface accessible on web and mobile.

Marek Zwiefka-Sibley, CEO of Requestec, explains: "Social media is spread across a number of service providers, and most of our users manage several of these social circles at once. It was important to simplify this for our customers and make our various user interfaces centres of social experiences on web and mobile... with TV on the way soon."
